Agreement to Terms

By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions.

Opt-In Requirement

Clients must opt-in through the client portal to participate in the promotion.

Minimum Deposit

A credit bonus will be issued on deposits of USD 100 or more.

Bonus Structure

Eligible clients will receive:

100% bonus on the first deposit, up to $500 (base currency).

20% bonus on subsequent second deposits.

First Deposit refers to the initial deposit made into your Alpha Prime FX trading account after account opening.

Subsequent Deposits refer to any additional deposits made after the first deposit, or any amount exceeding $1,000 (base currency) from the first deposit.

Bonus Crediting

For eligible clients, the bonus will be automatically credited to the trading account as trading credit.

Bonus Cap

The maximum credit bonus available per client during this promotion is capped at USD 10,000 at any time.

Non-Qualifying Transactions

Internal transfers, balance adjustments, rebates, commissions, or affiliate payments will not be considered valid deposits for this promotion.

Withdrawal Policy

Bonus credit itself cannot be withdrawn.

Profits generated from trading with the bonus may be withdrawn according to Alpha Prime’s FX withdrawal procedures.

Losses will be deducted from the account balance accordingly.

Withdrawal Impact on Bonus

If a client withdraws or internally transfers funds, Alpha Prime FX reserves the right to proportionally deduct part or all of the bonus credit.
Clients must ensure sufficient margin remains to maintain open positions and avoid liquidation.

Trading Volume & Bonus Usage

If credit is used to open positions, trading volumes generated will be counted solely for bonus-related calculations.
The bonus may be used to hedge trading losses.

Promotion Exclusivity

This promotion cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
Clients participating in another promotion must complete it before joining a new one. Early termination will result in forfeiture of all associated rewards.

Margin Responsibility

Clients are fully responsible for maintaining sufficient margin throughout the promotion period. Withdrawals or bonus removal may reduce available margin and increase liquidation risk.

Fair Trading Policy

Alpha Prime FX reserves the right to:

Disqualify clients from participation

Deduct improper profits

Terminate client partnerships

if any breach of terms is detected.

Improper trading practices include, but are not limited to:

Multiple accounts for arbitrage
Scalping, high-frequency trading, or latency arbitrage
Malicious hedging
Oversized or highly concentrated positions
Trading with fixed directional exposure
Excessive concentration (e.g., over 70% volume on specific instruments)

Alpha Prime FX has sole discretion in determining whether trading behavior violates these terms.

Clients engaging in improper conduct may face account adjustments, bonus cancellation, or termination of services.

Negative Balance Policy

If a client’s balance becomes negative during the promotion:

Bonus credit will first offset the negative balance.

If the negative balance exceeds USD 1,000, Alpha Prime FX reserves the right to decline negative balance reset requests.

Language & Modification

In case of discrepancies between translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
Alpha Prime FX reserves the right to suspend, amend, or terminate this promotion at any time.
