General Information:

Alpha Prime is committed to ensuring complete client satisfaction and maintaining full transparency in its Refund and Withdrawal Policy. Clients may request a withdrawal of funds from their trading account at any time. Upon receiving a withdrawal or refund request, Alpha Prime aims to process it within one to two business days.

To avoid delays, clients are advised to ensure that all required details on the withdrawal or redemption form are accurate and fully completed, including relevant references such as invoice numbers, order numbers, and the reason for the request, where applicable.

Before processing any payment, Alpha Prime must verify that the request has been submitted by a registered account holder. If verification cannot be completed, the Company reserves the right to return the net amount received to the original remitter using the same payment method through which the funds were received.

By opening an account and using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Withdrawal Requests

1.1. General Terms
Clients may submit withdrawal requests at any time through the secure Client Portal.
All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification in accordance with Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the original funding method used for deposits and to accounts registered under the same name as the trading account holder.

1.2. Processing Time
Standard processing time by our team: 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Processing time by banks or payment providers: typically 1–7 business days.
Processing may be delayed if:
Additional verification is required
There are open positions or outstanding margin obligations
The account is under review due to suspected unusual or suspicious activity

1.3. Minimum Withdrawal Amount
Clients may withdraw funds at any time, provided the account is fully verified and accurate withdrawal details are submitted.
The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.

1.4. Fees
Alpha Prime does not charge internal withdrawal fees; however, external fees imposed by banks, cryptocurrency networks, or payment service providers may apply.
Any applicable charges will be clearly disclosed before the withdrawal request is finalized.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. General Refund Principles
Due to the nature of financial trading services, refunds are generally not issued for deposits made or for losses incurred through trading activities.

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

Duplicate or erroneous deposits
Unauthorized deposits (e.g., fraud or account compromise)
Failure to provide services due to a broker-side issue (e.g., technical or system malfunction)

2.2. Refund Procedure
To submit a refund request, the client must:
Send a formal written request to support@alphaprime.com within 14 calendar days of the original deposit.
Provide complete transaction details along with any supporting documentation required for review.

2.3. Investigation and Decision
All refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
The review process may take up to 10 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the transaction.

3. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

Submitting a chargeback request without first contacting us may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

In the event of a chargeback, the client will be responsible for any associated chargeback fees or reversed payment amounts.

We reserve the right to report fraudulent or unjustified chargeback activity to relevant financial institutions, credit agencies, and regulatory authorities.

Clients found engaging in abusive refund or chargeback practices may face permanent account termination.

4. Currency Conversion

If your withdrawal or refund requires currency conversion, the applicable exchange rate will be determined based on prevailing market rates at the time the transaction is processed.

Alpha Prime shall not be held responsible for any losses or differences arising from currency exchange rate fluctuations.

5. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to amend or update this Policy at any time. Clients will be informed of any material changes through email communication or official platform notifications.

6. Account Termination

Alpha Prime maintains a flexible account termination process and carefully reviews all valid termination requests, ensuring full cooperation with clients throughout the procedure.

Clients may cancel their account application at any time. To help us improve our services, Alpha Prime may request a brief explanation for the termination request.

Termination requests may not be processed if the client’s account holds an active balance or open trading positions. Clients must withdraw all available funds and close any open positions prior to submitting a request for account termination.
